Ni Kadek Dwipayanti is a Japanese Language Education student who followed the Independent Campus Internship/Work Practice programme at LPK Dwipahara Bali. Dwipayanti, as she is usually known, excitedly introduced the first private LPK or Lembaga Pelatihan Kerja (Institution for Work Practices) in Bali. LPK Dwipahara Bali was established in 2006 in the Bangli district and has been accredited A. LPK Dwiphara Bali successfully dispatches thousands of students every year to Japan as proof that LPK Dwipahara Bali has potential, quality, and trust from Japan. This reason inspired Dwipayanti to choose LPK Dwipahara Bali as a place for internships/work practices. LPK Dwipahara Bali has several facilities, namely, an office building, eight classroom buildings, quarantine student dormitories, and interview rooms.
During the internship, Dwipayanti carried out various activities. There are: observing the learning process in the classroom, practicing team teaching, observing administrative activities, practicing administrative activities, observing Japanese documents, practicing checking CVs or Japanese documents, observing interview preparations, and explaining to LPK Dwipahara Bali students to dress up suitably. Dwipayanti admitted that she was very happy with the internship/practice at the independent campus programme because she gained various experiences and felt positive changes in her. Dwipayanti admitted that she was motivated to continue to improve her ability in Japanese and her teaching skills in Japanese. Nyoman Gede Nuada, SH., Director of the Bali Dwipahara Foundation also appreciated the independent campus internship/work practice. He stated that LPK Dwipahara would support the effort to produce quality human resources who master various scientific fields and are ready to collaborate with various scientific fields.
